Lecruz Ad-hoc committee

I realised that many of us have invested our hard earn money on Lecruz and hoping for a better return. I'm not different from any of you that have dump in large sum of money.
Recently the unforeseen changes on the return of investment have left all of us into frustration and disappointment. The Top-up plan that came out on September seems like a trap that have caught us by surprised. Almost all of us are not wiling to accept the new changes and personally I do feel that it is Lecruz responsibility to keep up to their promises . No matter what happens let s speak together as one voice,there is nothing much I can do alone, there is nothing anyone of us can do alone but in unity, one voice, thousands of us we can make our voices heard esp. in Macau. Together we can make an impact.

batam land on sale most probably another scam on the way. As investors,we have to consider certain points here. 1. The Indonesia government is very unstable in nature and it's policy against foreign investers can be vary accordingly (due to any variation in government policies, the contract we enter for sale of land can be void for act of frustration - as buyers we have very slim chance to get back our money and note that by this way our money will be burned forever). 2. The land they intend or prosposed to sell no worth for the money we have invested. We are not aware and correctly advised about the actual value of the land. We must understand here we cannot get any unbiased advise from Lecruz team about the real value of the proposed land in any event. Why we must agree to exchange our money for something we are not sure of anything and end up facing unwanted consequences even losing the land completely and not getting back any of our investment back. 3. Mind this by agreeing to the new contract to buy land the old contract for the investment is gone forever. In the event any undue circumstances we cannot get back any of our money and land as well. Also the terms in the sale of land will be drafted by their lawyers ( 4. Now if any of us pesuaded by the new proposal the person end up losing more by means of legal fees and accumulating charges. So the scam is in new form and their idea is to cheat us as long as we are willing to listen to them. 5. Ok, even if we buy the land what will happen to us. What we are going to do with the piece of land. The idea of our hard earn investment is for good return and not for undeveloped piece of land. If the land is what we intend for we might as well buy in Malaysia rather in Batam. Remember that they got no right to push the land as a compensation for our money unless we are still willingly listining to their unbelievable chain of stories. The decision is still ours. So guys please advise others not to be stupid anymore. We must stand united to get back our money and not to be fools anymore. Regards,Shan

It's bullshit that Wijaya is saying that we will receive money in the bank 15 to 20 working days. It doesn't work. Can any leader HELP US? We feel that NO ACTION being taken.

We couldn't agree with you more. Yup!,you may say that some of them are part of the Scam team but only a small group, we also know who they are. We also couldn't deny that many of the Chinese guys don't take any action but we do feel that some of them may be taking action in their own way. We have again and again waited for Mr.WJ and lecruz to come out with an acceptable compensation or refund, but every time we have been taken a ride around the world and back to where we started. The compensation doesn't even state how much we profit from the current investment, but have to wait for such a long period just to get back the initial amount of money invested(or maybe less or none at all). Nor were we given a chance to withdraw from the investment altogether right now. To be honest, I'd be happy even if I lose 10% of my initial investment as long as I can get back the rest of my money... Its time we take action

 That was what we heard too. As for now  it seems like there is no way out for all investors who have invested in Sept.2009. If you stay in Lecruz , you will have to slowly wait till 2014 just to fully get back your capital.Remember it show more than 300% of total return in CP but we paid RM3.4 for 1 CP now it is only RM0.87 per CP, so you are not getting anything but only your capital.If you transfer to Vtoria, you will still have to Top-up RM2.60 per CP and you will only be getting 5% per month. Then you will be taken another ride to Macau and how long it will last depends on how hard you pray lo...It seems like either way also got trap. So, call for meeting and have a brain-storming session .... think of the next action to be done.

Only 30% of September investment went into rolling chips! What took the rest of the cash? Obviously the pay out for CP came from new investments and not the company. Therefore, the company should have used the money already in its posession to be paid for CP , gained from rolling chips in the past,to invest! If it could not do that, it means there is no profit making as they claim from rolling chips. We had been duped. What they are effectively saying is they ran a pyramid/ponzi scam. Using new investment to pay old investors. This is admitting to commiting a crime! The only profit they made is our money mostly from September and August investments. That is why they are doing all they can to avoid paying for CP even at HK 2.00, and give all kind of silly reasons. Paying us means they have got less profit from the scam.

Tell you what one scammer, in one other scam got. Victims reported to them police, but as usual prosecution fail to establish a credible case on tecnical grouds. Instead the uplines got into trouble and held by police. He was threatened by someone on phone to jab his children with needle bought from drug addicts. One day in a crowded pasar malam somebody stick a needle on his back. The scammer could not identify who. People who earn money the wrong way thru MLM scam, can buy big cars and houses; but they will pay the price. Nothing is free.

Well, if you think we should complain on LECRUZ, can somebody come with a template, so as to spare so many people the trouble to draft it all by themselves. Others can improve on it. Final copy, we discuss with our lawyers and some friends from commercial crime division to advice. How feasible is this investigation going to be for them. Make necessary modification on the strategy before we move in. End of it we must achieve our objective of getting our money back or those guys must never get to enjoy our money, somehow. Going to the authorities is only the first step, not the last!!!

All of us must do our part complaint to as many channels as possible. To be effective we must do mass reporting in group of 5-20 persons. Target should be #001 and gang of 8, with their photos and any photos during presentations and Macau trips. Migrate from lecruz to vtoria cost you 500cp , suck you dry this is only until Nov 30 after that it is 1250 CP . Say you are silver member you get 50cp - current rate take 25 months to accumulate - 2 years and 1 month for you to accumulate the 1250 points to activate your account , after activate you start from zero. Another way to look into this is transfer your 20k from Lecruz to vtoria wait for 25 months to activate your account then hope they still around and then " victory " you start to make money. Batter forget about migration go report to Polis.

Can somebody from the higher levels provide more detailed explanation about the latest announcement in www.lecruz.com? We have to fork out money again to activate membership in www.vtoria.com? And the deadline is 30th Nov 2009? What if we refuse to migrate because we still want to hold lecruz responsible, and even if we do migrate, what security do we have? The www.vtoria.com is the same as www.lecruz.com, albeit some cosmetic updates! Also, the tour and product redemption costs more now? And the product redemption is done seperately, meaning we have to fork out extra money to go and collect in designated locations? Why can't we collect them like in the past during the trip to Macau? I thought they have a boutique there which retails their product? All looks really bogus...even if I want to belive that this all is not a scam, but the way it is being done couldn't help but raise doubts. How can they expect the investors to have confidence to sign up new members? P/S: As an IT-savvy person, (.Please do your part by setting up more blogs, articles ,forum etc.Don't mention about their weakness,remember their weakness is our advantage, we knew about that and much more than that...)

There is a big problem as nobody have really  seen the directors except for VJ who has been managing the junket business for LeCruz in Macau all this while.Any of you guys like to investigate further do write to us, we can share with you some info. that we have dug up.

Never give up hope so fast. We just had our very first online meeting.This is just the beginning...in fact we have not even started yet...Anyway we understand that...Actions speaks louder than words! But some of us here is requesting to give them at least 2 weeks to see if VJ would come out with something good for everyone.That was what agreed upon in the meeting. Anyway majority of us respected those who have taken action.

Where are the directors and management team of Le Cruz? Why are they not obligated to answer the investors??? Clock and dagger type of meeting at the middle of the night in a bedroom. I can't really believe it!!! It is insulting to everyone who put in their trust with this company.

 Thanks for sharing, Yup! That's right ! The Hong Kong tycoon have once said " if you want to be successful in anything , you must not have fear! Once you have fear you 're already lost". We are here still wondering what are you guys/ladies have in mind. We have about 9 thousand investors and more than 95% have not recover their capital and till now only less than 500 who have wrote to us or have posted to this blog. You guys happy with the investment return ??? or...have applied what we learnt from Tycoon Li " When others are not aware, Li Know What he does!" To us here  we still feels that we got to take action against Lecruz if they do not refund our capital(esp. Sept.),whoever have manipulated the MLM system, is up to Lecruz to take action against them. All of us can help Lecruz to track the culprit behind this scam.That wouldn't be too difficult isn't it?

Meeting in Genting took place with most investors not knowing it. How is this possible? This shows guilt.When taking in our investment, they gave free dinner and talks but told to bank in cash to upline account. They said 'somebody must sponsor each investor'.This a well planned scam from the start. They wanted to put the person who sponsor in trouble. Now they have private meetings in VJ's bedroom, luckily not in toilet. This guys are hidding in the dark. They fear honest light of day. Nevermind if lose our money, let's fix them for good. To hope for return of our money is of little use. IF WE FEAR OF LOSING, MORE LIKELY WE ARE TO LOSE. IF WE DARE, THEY ARE FINISHED.If VJ is taking the blame for Lecruz goof-up, obviously he is working for some big lady/guy in Lecruz. He is only the front man, the fall guy. Once we understand how this whole scam works, we can figure where to put the sparner to jam the wheel.Once we inflict damage, where it going to hurt most, Lecruz will likely to cut loss by repaying us. Begging and praying to them is not going to work. Hit them. Hit them hard where it is going to hurt the most.

Those who went for the meeting, in Genting on 3 Nov, came back no wiser. They all feel being fooled by VJ and gang of 8. (They were made to wait like fools in the corridor, from 8pm till 5am. Actual meeting took place in VJ's bed room for one hour or so around midnight!) I wish blogger can do something to the blog, so that those want to be in loop of LECRUZ SCAM chain e-mail can be included. ie they can leave their e-mail address here and we can e-mail them the sensitive pictures, vedios and other details on LECRUZ SCAM. Those info n pictures we can't put on blog and risk the blogger get into legal tangle. This aspect of networking is missing. Someone please think to fill in this gap somehow. VJ apparently gave vague answers, not commiting anything specific for anybody to be optimistic. Everybody feel,they will make away with most of the money, if possible. The fact is they ONLY FEAR OF TSUNAMI INVESTOR REACTION. They are doing all they can to buy time for the response to die down or as last resort HOODWINK US TO SIGN SOME AGREEMENT WITH VJ ( probably thru "Vtoria.com" ) TO ABSOLVE LECRUZ OF RESPONSIBLITY. VJ will then probably declare himself bankrupt, and legally this issue is closed! The group which went for meeting, claim tried their best, to get ONLY refund of balance capital (without interest) within next 6 months - even that VJ refused to commit. (He only committed to come with new schedule of payment, with August and September investors getting 50% capital refund, by end of November.Hopefully.) His excuse was, they made hardly any money for month of August and September, due to overpayment of high divident. So he was questioned how is he going to pay the investors? He replied, he will work hard to pay us! Why he need to do that, taking a loss making venture of LECRUZ, and why not leave it to LECRUZ to sort out its 'own mess'? He said he is just trying to help everybody. One member said,henceforth, he must be called Saint Senta VJ! not a businessman. It was too obvious for all what is going on!

From the look of things it was a well planned scam starting with Lecruz and now getting Vtoria into the picture. We hv no choice but to hope for the best and should consider ourselves lucky if we can get our capital back.They are in a casino business and CASINO NEVER lose it's only the general public that gets burnt. The idea of creating links to email is a good one furthermore post link to free hosting site where pictures and files can be uploaded without any legal implication to this blogs. Thanks for the encouragement, we really need that.We are a group of  bloggers who have invested our hard earned money into Lecruz.We are investors too, now we are the victims too. Sometimes some of us maybe a bit too emotional, well ,we are all human beings. 

We are very glad to inform you guys that this blog have more than 1,600 hits(visitors) in this month alone! The number is increasing every single day....but the emails and comments received, is still very low. Anyway thanks for all your support and may we help each other, unite and speak in one voice.Thousands of us will definitely create an impact.

For the time being , we would like to say.. keep in touch, "stay cool" and don't create havoc. We still hope that VJ is kind enough to come out with something good for everyone in 3 weeks time.

 

About 3rd Nov. meeting we only got a bit of information as posted yesterday.

I know it is sometime very frustrating dealing with people. Understandably there is no reward from running this blog , people abuse you but most of us are the good type those who follow the Que when we stop at the traffic light and a few who do not. Human Nature so I just want to give you some encouragement as nobody is doing it they just take and take until there is no more so Keep up the good work . I do not know who you are but one day we would like to know who you are at this time keep the current profile it is acceptable. What I would not like to see is the inaction as I notice nobody did sound the alarm about Nov 3. Information is the key nothing means dead for 4 days after Nov 5 there were nothing posted until Nov 9 when the Sin Chew Article broke and only one guy wrote a comment there should be an alarm sounded right after Nov 3 we are very weak. I am not questioning anything here or trying to put the blog down. So Hope you do not take this negatively I still say you did a good job continue with it be more aggressive. Yup! We aware of vtoria.com , was brought up by Ipoh blogspot  before, it was registered on 29th Sept.2009 by our VJ as the sole owner and going to be launched this 15th Nov.2009. All the stockist already got their points there but we still do not know what is the conversion rate like. Some of you still not aware, it also brought up in this blog itself. Within 3 weeks VJ will come out with the new payment plan.stay cool!Hope it will be good for everyone.

We hear that there was a long waiting followed by a long meeting from 10.30pm till 4.30am. as what   Anonymous22 said,VJ did mentioned that he wanted to refund the capital but did not state when and how. He will come out with a payment plan in a month time(fr.3rd Nov).

Sorry to say that none of us(the blogger team) was in the meeting. We are still awaiting for someone kind enough to write in but so far none.All the information we got is from a 3rd party hopefully  someone in the committee is willing to write in.

What I want to know is why there is no news what happen on 3rd Nov ?why there is no information and what make me really mad is that there are claim that those in the know has monopolies all info , only inform the privilege few well if this is true then when I sign up i should have use my collection of Jap Banana money instead I use RM. You cannot do this you have to keep all of us inform regardless so we at least know whats happening. More so I am very disappointed that those agents who happily take our money now think we are the enemy because of us the investor Lecruz is in deep shit well think again we are the guys the thousand of us who feed you so please own up to your responsibility and stop acting like small boys and do your job. 23.

This post seems to be the only way we investors have a say. Some of the upline, mine included, don't seem to care that we have lost so much. Not an ounce of remorse or empathy to our plight. The attitude is on the defensive and the always the same "no one forced you to invest". Only if we are united can we acheive something. My side leader not interested to form group or do anything. Just wait for out come. Hoping some more definite group can be formed to speak as one. Half the people in the committee, are for company so how can we acheive anything???

Maybe they use gold bullion. Who to blame if we do guess work ? nobody because if I don't know and nobody want to talk about it I will certainly go to whoever and where ever to ask, wrong person, wrong place, wrong authority. This blog is the right place to start , put the members first not yourself as you guys have even more to loose then us. Think about it Mr Leader do not wait until more " informative " link appear and don't blame us if your detail get listed not here but out there. Can be difficult but you all have taken people money with a promise what do you expect worst still you all keep yourself inform now if you were to turn this around how would you feel? Unless you all admit that this is a scam and you are all scammer then no blame. The old lady which has invested thinking that she has made a smart choice is wrong no more discussion. Go and make hell out there. So Like Lecruz Say - Be SMART not too late.

Thanks for sharing ! What you said really make sense! To our surprised, what we just heard was that only 30% of the Sept. investment goes into the Rolling Chip and they claimed that most of the investor used CP for the top up plan in Sept. Well, if that's the case ...just refund whatever form of payment being made! This will at least regain back many investors confident to a certain extend and what happened in Sept will not look like a trap/cheats.

It is a problem that those went for the meeting in Genting somehow did not passed the message to all their downline. I believed majority of investors still in the dark. Somehow I heard that VJ only said he wanted to refund us the capital but did not mention when and how.He need one month to come out with the new payment schedule,Yup! About one month then only he will come out with the payment plan but don't know when he will start to pay, don't know how much and also don't know how long he will continue paying yet. I don't blame the lady for going to the media coz' many investors still did not know about the Genting Meeting until today. Why??? ...When recruiting new members - everybody and anybody are welcome to the dinner meeting But after 2nd Oct 2009 only those who are supportive to the leaders are being informed and allowed to come for the meeting. Like what being mentioned in this blog before many of those in the new committee are there for shouting " Yes", "Good" and also clapping hands lo.That's why a lot of people still in the dark.I won't be surprised some of the investors could have confronted Bukit Aman or even Interpol maybe Macau authority. I personally feels that going to the media is still too early but on the other hand 1 month for VJ to just come out with a payment plan is too long la!He should have pre-plan all this also ma.. like what he did in Sept...New plan you don't like; within 2 weeks can come out with another top up plan,then Sept.itself come out another website(Vtoria.com) new plan somemore.Right?

We feel that whatever happened, as long as both parties willing to sort things out we give them some time but no too long. We would say it is a bit too soon to go to the media, it is a bit too soon for Lecruz to have made such changes too  but each investor have every rights to do that, we can't blame them its their money and they felt cheated. In fact we admire her guts of taking action rather than those who just talk but no action taken. Maybe they did not loose much or maybe they made some profit but as a responsible human being  we should care for those have trusted us and invested under our downlines and got their money stuck in Lecruz. We should attend whatever meeting take place and update to our downlines. As we have said it over and over again, at this period of time we should form our own groups and then merge and speak as one voice. It is not the time to pin point anybody or trying to find who is the wistle blower. If you are innocent,why worry!

It is sad to see that there are still a large numbers who are still in the dark. We advice you guys to contact your upline and form your own group,have a brainstorming session, you should be able to know what to do next.
